    • To place your order you must accept the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) therefore before making your purchase it is important to make sure you have completely read the Terms.

2. ORDER POLICIES

    • To place your order you can add the product you want to your shopping cart using the “Add to cart” button. When you complete the order with the selected payment option, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart. We will send you an automatic email notification that your order has been placed as soon as payment has been confirmed by the bank. If we approve your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all the relevant information about your order.

    • Once the entire value of the order is paid, the respective shipment will be coordinated. The payment will be considered effective when it is confirmed by the bank. For cases of sales other than a website, the client must send proof of payment to the advisor in charge of the transaction.

    • MUR estimates that the products will be delivered within the times stipulated in the order. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. The client knows and accepts that since these are products manufactured in a 100% artisanal way, exclusive and tailored to the client's needs, it is possible that situations may arise that may postpone the estimated delivery date of the purchased products for up to days (15) days. , without this being considered a breach on the part of MUR that gives the client the right to terminate the contract or exercise a right of withdrawal, in cases where the law allows waiving said right or does not contemplate it.

    • We reserve the right not to approve your order for any operational, regulatory, legal or other reason.

    • You will receive the respective electronic invoice to the registered email once the order is shipped.
