- The prices shown on murartesanias.com.co include all taxes and additional costs of the products. If appropriate, shipping costs will be reported appropriately and separately. Additional costs to the price, generated by any other expenditure borne by the consumer, will be adequately informed, specifying the reason and value thereof.
- The shipping cost for each order will be determined by the number of products to be purchased and the destination. The cost of each shipping method is clearly indicated during the checkout process.
- All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation through authorized carriers.
- MUR exercises high standards of diligence in processing and approving orders and will ensure that your order is delivered to the delivery address indicated, in accordance with the delivery option selected.
- Once the shipment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the generated tracking number and updates on the status of your shipment (check SPAM if it is the first time you buy from our page).
